You spoke and we listened. As a result of the broad Employee Communication Council (ECC) survey conducted early in the year, as well as ongoing ECC field and office committee feedback, the ECC along with the communications team has created a comprehensive Subject Matter Expert Guide for your use. This guide provides key internal contact information and is being provided as a glossy durable printed brochure to keep with you out in the field or in your office, as well as a PDF version attached and maintained on SharePoint.
This brochure is intended to be used internally but you will note that the guide also has a small section that contains phone numbers you can provide directly to customers as needed. Knowing the contact information will change over time, the guide will be redone periodically to ensure it remains updated.
Printed versions have been delivered to all JEA locations, so please see your manager to get your copy. If you are a manager or director who works in the Tower or Customer Center, your guides may be picked up from the table outside the T-12 conference room.
